Pagerank five

Months and months ago I thought I'd spend a little time promoting my site so that I started to rank well in the search engines for my own name.

With a little bit of effort I now rank reasonably well for my own name in my own country, although the story is a little different in other places.

During this exercise I'd expected my visible toolbar pagerank to increase - it so happened that there was a shuffle of pagerank at about that time.

Unfortunately there was no change.

Grrrrrrrrrrr.

My most awesome friend Chris managed to get PR 4 with a brand new site and almost no effort, but I was stuck on PR 3.

Grrrrrrr rrrrrrrrr.

Anyway I happened to check today and my visible pagerank as increased to FIVE.

Which is nice.
