Yesterday I visited my friends at the University of Southampton - to talk about the promotion and content of the web analytics component of their Building Customer Insight course.

The Building Customer Insight course is part of their Marketing DNA programme of executive education courses.

Here's the really groovy bit: The University is running these courses over the coming year and if you attend a sufficient number of these and complete a project you can earn yourself an MSc in Marketing Analytics.
